To help promote BP's sponsorship of Formula 3 driver Sam Bird, Playerthree was commissioned to create a flash based speedy F3 racing game featuring the Mercedes powered F3 car.

We modelled a low polygon version of the car to create the necessary renders for the game. The engine itself is based upon a 'mode 7' style of driving game popularised in Mario Kart and F-Zero games.

The track is a short course of our own design featuring healthy amounts of sponsor logos and quick fast entry to playing the game over your three fastest laps.
